Record a contact's change of address (AFAS Customer portal)
The administrator can change the address or postal address. You can also record a change of address with a future start date.
Record a contact's change of address:
- Click on: your name (top right).
- Click on: 'My organisation'.
- Click on: Contacts.
- A view listing all contacts is displayed.
- Click on: the contact person.
- Click on: Modify after Address or Postal address.
- Select a value in Type of adjustment. If you have selected In the future, then you must also enter a move date.
- Complete the fields.
- Click on: Modify.
