Record a contact's change of address (AFAS Customer portal)

The administrator can change the address or postal address. You can also record a change of address with a future start date.

Record a contact's change of address:

  1. Click on: your name (top right).
  2. Click on: 'My organisation'.

  3. Click on: Contacts.

  4. A view listing all contacts is displayed.
  5. Click on: the contact person.
  6. Click on: Modify after Address or Postal address.
  7. Select a value in Type of adjustment. If you have selected In the future, then you must also enter a move date.
  8. Complete the fields.
  9. Click on: Modify.
