View contacts in the AFAS Customer portal

The administrator can view all contacts and their rights.

To add a contact person:

  1. Click on: your name (top right).
  2. Click on: 'My organisation'.

  3. Click on: Contacts.

  4. A view listing all contacts is displayed.

    The 'Adm' (Administrator) and 'Emp' (Employee) columns show the access rights per contact.

  5. Click on a contact to open the properties and, if required, change them.
