View current incidents

You can track your current incidents in the AFAS Customer portal. Current incidents are incidents that are still pending.

If you agree to let AFAS handle the incident, it will be moved to the history automatically. When reporting the incident ready you can review the way in which it was handled.

Note:

AFAS requests that you always report ready any completed incidents. This way all parties concerned keep a good overview of the current status of the incidents.

To view current incidents:

  1. Click on:

    Str_Lopende incidenten raadplegen

    A view showing the incidents is displayed.

  2. After an incident has been handled satisfactorily, you can report it ready.
