Request a Customer portal password

After the administrator has recorded your details, you will receive an e-mail message to specify your password.

Request a password:

  1. Open the e-mail message.
  2. Click on: the hyperlink to set your password.

    The AFAS Customer Portal: is opened.

  3. Enter your new password and confirm it.

    You can see immediately whether you have entered a strong password (one that is difficult for others to figure out). A strong password has a minimum length of eight characters, and does not contain any (part of) the user name or e-mail address of the user. For example: a user called Martin Sommer cannot use $omm1234Q as a password. A strong password contains at least one character from three of the four groups: Upper-case letters (A-Z), lower-case letters (a-z), numbers (0-9) and special characters (such as ! @ # $ %).

  4. Click on: Modify.
  5. Your new password will be valid starting from your next login on the customer portal.
