Change the customer portal password
You can change your own password in the AFAS Customer Portal:.

Also use this procedure if you have forgotten your password.
To change your password:
- Click on: My personal data.
Your personal details are displayed.
- Click on: ‘Change password’ (under ‘Actions’).
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
You can see immediately whether you have entered a strong password (one that is difficult for others to figure out). A strong password has a minimum length of eight characters, and does not contain any (part of) the user name or e-mail address of the user. For example: a user called Martin Sommer cannot use $omm1234Q as a password. A strong password contains at least one character from three of the four groups: Upper-case letters (A-Z), lower-case letters (a-z), numbers (0-9) and special characters (such as ! @ # $ %).
- Click on: Modify.
- Your new password will be valid starting from your next login on the customer portal.
