View the loyalty analysis for subscriptions

The loyalty analysis tells you how long customers remain loyal to your company, but also when they leave and why.

To view the loyalty analysis for subscriptions:

  1. Go to: Subscriptions / Output / Analysis.
  2. Open the Loyaliteitsanalyse (Profit) properties.
  3. If necessary, enter a filter.
  4. Click on: Finish.

  5. Scroll downwards in the analysis and view the various graphs.
  6. Close the analysis.
