Description
In Profit you can view various reports, analyses and overviews to monitor the status of the subscriptions. You can also view the subscriptions via InSite, if you have configured this.
Procedure
- View subscription overviews
You can view the general data for subscriptions, subscription lines, assembled item lines and invoice lines.
- View subscription reports
In Profit you will find a number of supplied reports which provide insight into how your subscriptions are doing.
- View a subscription analysis
You can use the supplied analysis to analyse your subscriptions.
- View the loyalty analysis for subscriptions
The loyalty analysis tells you how long customers remain loyal to your company, but also when they leave and why.
