View tasks in the queue

You can view the queue of the current environment. Profit indicates which tasks have been performed and whether they were performed successfully.

For some tasks you can also complete the task, for example if you have to retrieve files which have been generated through the queue.

To view tasks:

  1. Go to:
    • General / Management / Queue
    • Start menu / Subscriptions / Management / Queue
    • CRM / Management / Queue
    • Financial / Management / Queue
    • Start menu / Order Management / Management / Queue
    • Start menu / Projects / Management / Queue
    • HR / Payroll / Salary processing cockpit, Queue action

  2. Bij de melding Task processed with errors selecteer je de taak en klik je op de actie Error information.

Rapporten en bestanden ophalen:

Bij het afdrukken van rapporten (zoals facturen) en het genereren van bestanden kan ook een taak in de wachtrij worden geplaatst. Gebruik de taak om de rapporten of bestanden op te halen.

  1. Selecteer de taak.
  2. Klik op Complete om het rapport of bestand op te halen.
