Activate general custom file

If you want to use a general custom file, you must first activate it.

Activate general custom file:

1. Go to: General / Environment / Management / Properties.
2. Go to the tab: Custom files.
3. Open the properties of the custom file that you want to start using.
4. Select the In use check box.
5. Enter the description.
6. Select the Use date check box if you want to use the default date field of the custom file.
7. Select the Show seq. no. check box if you want to see the default sequence number for the records in the file.

   

   The configuration of InSite will be explained separately.

8. Click on: OK.
9. Click on: OK. Give permission to reopen the environment.
