Authorise the course administration

After activating it, you authorise the Course management functionality.

Authorisation means that you grant the appropriate rights to the users.

To authorise the course administration:

  1. Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
  2. Go to the tab: Group maintenance.
  3. Select the group to authorise.
  4. Go to the tab: Menu.
  5. Select the menu paths for use:
    • General / CRM / Course management to authorise the entire part. You can also select the check boxes for individual parts.
  6. Select the menu paths for configuration:
    • CRM / Course management / Configuration
    • CRM / Output / Management / Report
    • General / Configuration / Integration settings / Sales contact profile
    • General / Calendar / Configuration / Location
    • General / Configuration / Custom table
  7. Go to the tab: Authorisation.
  8. Go to: CRM / Course.
  9. Authorise the actions and tabs for use:
    • Course
    • Event
    • Participant per course event
    • Participant per session
    • Sales contact/debtor
    • Session
    • Prior knowledge
    • Presence
  10. Authorise the actions and tabs for the configuration:
    • Unit
    • Article group
    • Price group
    • Sales
    • Day part
  11. Close the Authorisation tool.
  12. Click on Yes in the message.
  13. De omgeving opent automatisch opnieuw, met de nieuwe instellingen.
