Add a course article group

You add an article group so that you can group courses. For the article group you also enter the ledger accounts to be used for the journalising.

To add a course article group:

  1. Go to: CRM / Course management / Configuration / Article group.
  2. Click on: New.
  3. Enter a value in Article group.
  4. Enter the description.
  5. Do not select Contains stock items.
  6. In Revenue account, select the ledger account you want to use to enter the course revenues in Profit Financieel.
  7. In Credit entry acc., select the ledger account in which you want to enter the credit entries for courses in Profit Financieel.
  8. Click on: Finish.
