Multiple teachers per event/session

You can record multiple teachers for the session of an event. You have to be authorised for this functionality.

To add a teacher to a session:

  1. Go to: CRM / Course management / Event.
  2. Open the properties of the event..
  3. Go to the tab: Session.
  4. Open the properties of the session.
  5. Go to the tab: Teacher.
  6. Click on: New.
  7. Select the person in Organisation/person.
  8. Click on: Finish.

To add multiple persons from the same organisation as teachers:

  1. Go to: CRM / Course management / Event.
  2. Open the properties of the event..
  3. Go to the tab: Session.
  4. Open the properties of the session.
  5. Go to the tab: Teacher.
  6. Click on: New.
  7. Select the organisation in Organisation/person.
  8. Click on: Next.
  9. Select the persons you want to add as teachers.
  10. Click on: Finish..
