Central dossier view

The central dossier view is a view with nearly all dossier items in Profit.

Description

The central dossier view is a view that contains nearly all dossier items in Profit. Appointment (Profit), Financial report, etc., and all dossier item types that you add yourself are in fact displayed here.

There are number of dossier item types that you cannot see in the central dossier view, including: Pay slip, Annual statement, Document (Caseware). You can find these at the destinations on the Dossier tab, if applicable.

Dossier items that are attached to a workflow (in the ERP demo environment this is the Action dossier item type attached to the Action workflow) can be viewed, but not completed or changed in the central dossier view. They can only be changed in the task list of the user for whom the dossier item has been set as a task.

You can use the central dossier view as your daily To do list by defining personal views and filters.

And finally, you can use the central dossier view to measure the progress of certain processes using the Totalizer.

• View a dossier item in the central dossier view

  Profit has a special view with all dossier items.

• Follow up on an Action dossier item

  There are various ways in which you can view, follow up on and complete dossier items. The most automated way is by using a workflow, which directly displays the dossier items for the responsible person in his task list.

• Progress in Totalizer

  Use the Totalizer to check on the progress in the central dossier item.
