Generate assessments

You generate assessments of the roles that you want to assess. Specify a number of general data within this context that apply with regard to all required assessments (such as the end date). The assessments will not be available immediately after creating them for the assessors. This will only be the case when you release the assessments.

You can define preferred values for the assessment in HR / Competence management / Configuration / Setting, Setting tab, Properties button.

To generate assessments:

  1. Go to: HR / Competence management / Role.
  2. Select the role(s).
  3. Click on the action: Generate reviews.
  4. Specify how the questions are determined.

    You can have all behaviour indicators assessed or a random selection of behaviour indicators.

  5. Specify the number of questions if you are having a random selection of questions assessed.

    Example:

    You assess competence A with ten possible behaviour indicators and competence B with twelve possible behaviour indicators. In this case you have the following options:

  • If you assess all behaviour indicators, all the behaviour indicators above will be added to the assessment form.
  • If you assess a selection, you can, for example, assess five behaviour indicators. Profit will then select five behaviour competences from competence A and five behaviour competences from competence B.

  1. Enter the dates.
  2. Select the check boxes for the employees to be surveyed.
  3. Click on: Finish.
