Strengths/weaknesses analysis

You can make a weakness/strength analysis in the relevant analysis based on a specific role. You see whether there are employees with the required role at the relevant organisational unit and to which extent they have the required competence level.

To perform a strengths/weaknesses analysis:

  1. Go to:HR / Competence management / Overview / Strengths / weaknesses.
  2. Select the role.
  3. Select the check boxes for one or more organisational units.
  4. Click on: Finish.

    The result is a view showing for each competence the employees that have the role in question and their level.
