Configure an employee for 'Digi-ZSM'

Per employee, you link the tax authority as an agency. Once the tax authority is linked to the employee as an agency, the employee is ready for the digital delivery of absence messages to the 'UWV'.

If there is a 'Vangnet' situation because of a structural limitation, you record this per employee under the tax authorityagency.

To configure a structural limitation per employee:

  1. Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
  2. Open the properties of the employee.
  3. Go to the tab: Agency.
  4. Open the agency properties of the tax authority.
  5. Open the properties of the current agency line.
  6. Go to the tab: Special situations 2.
  7. Enter the Structural limitations.
  8. Click on: OK.
