Configure CRM in InSite

The configuration of CRM in InSite consists of activating page types and adding a menu item.

Description

Before InSite users can access the CRM portal, you must add the menu to the site and activate the page types for Contacts, Organisations/persons and Sales/purchase contacts in the site.

If you add the CRM menu to the site, you will automatically have the pages to create, edit and view Organisations, Persons, Contacts, Sales contacts and Purchase contacts.

Procedure

  • Activate page types

    For the CRM portal, you activate Contacts, Organisations/Persons, Purchase contacts and Sales contacts page types.

  • Create a menu item

    You add the Relations menu item to the site. On this portal page, you automatically have the data for organisations, persons, contact persons, purchase contacts and sales contacts.

  • Configure forecasts in InSite

    Before you can use forecasts in InSite, you must first configure the functionality.
