Configure forecasts in InSite

Before you can use forecasts in InSite, you must first configure the functionality.

Procedure

• Activate the Forecasts page type

  You can only use forecasts in InSite, if you have activated the Forecasts page type.

• Authorise functionality

  You must authorise new functionality. In this case, you must link the forecast and Sales cockpit functionality to the correct authorisation roles.

• Create the Sales cockpit menu item

  You add the Salescockpit menu item to the site. This portal page shows the user an overview of his tasks and the forecasts he is responsible for.
