Calculation basis that uses the wage component

A wage component can make use of a calculation basis for calculating the value. Multiple calculation bases can be linked to a wage component as a parameter.

Example:

The wage component that calculates the pension for the employees uses the pension calculation basis. In the wage component for the pension, the calculation basis is linked as a parameter.

You can view the value of the calculation basis/bases in the wage check cockpit.

To view a parameter linked to a calculation basis:

1. Go to: HR / Organisation / CLA.
2. Open the CLA properties.
3. Go to the tab: Wage component.
4. Open the properties of the wage component.
5. Go to the tab: Parameter.
6. Open the view: WC parameters (linked).

   Profit displays the parameters of the wage component.

7. Check to see whether the wage component makes use of a calculation basis.

   Profit displays an explanation of the operation of the wage component on the Comment tab.

8. Click on: OK.
