Configure the employer for the employers' social-accounting secretariat

If you have linked a Belgian CLA to the employer, you add the employers' social-accounting secretariat to the employer as an agency.

To add an agency to an employer:

  1. Go to:HR / Organisation / Employer.
  2. Open the employer’s properties.
  3. Go to the tab:Agency.
  4. Click on: New.
  5. Select the agency..
  6. Click on: Next.
  7. Enter the start date.
  8. Enter the registration number for the employers' social-accounting secretariat.
  9. Complete the remaining fields.
  10. Click on: Finish.
