Authorise purchase invoices

Configure the authorisation of this section, so that the right users have access to the required functions and data.

Configure authorisation:

  1. Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
  2. Go to the tab: Group maintenance.
  3. Select the group to authorise.
  4.  Go to the tab: Menu.
  5. Select the check box for the menu options to be authorised:

  • Order Management / Purchase process / Invoice.
  • General / Configuration / Integration settings / Sales contact profile
  • General / Configuration / Numbering settings / Counters
  • General / Management / Entry layout
  • Order Management / Output / Report
  1. Go to the tab: Authorisation.
  2. Go to: Order Management / Purchase process / Receipt.
  3. Authorise the action: Create invoice.
  4. Go to: Order Management / Purchase process / Purchase invoice.
  5. To authorise the actions:.

    Purchs_Autorisatie mbt Inkoopfacturen

  6. Go to: Order Management / Purchase / Purchase contact.
  7. Go to: Tabs.
  8. Authorise the tab: Purchase invoices.
  9. Close the Authorisation tool.
  10. Click Yes in the message.

    This environment automatically opens again with the new settings.
