Change a subscription

After adding a subscription, and in some cases after generating a subscription invoice, you can still change a number of aspects of the subscription.

Description

You can change an added and invoiced subscription. In this way you can change some of the master data, including the price, and add new subscription lines. You can also change subscriptions collectively in terms of master data such as the subscription type, payment condition, etc. It is also possible to change deviating prices in the various subscriptions collectively.

You cannot change the invoice cycle of a subscription once it has been invoiced. You can only invoice a subscription using another cycle by copying the existing subscription and changing the cycle in the new subscription. You do this by copying the existing subscription, setting the cycle for the new subscription and then terminating the old one.

Procedure

• Add subscription lines

  You can change an existing subscription by adding new lines to it.

• Collectively change subscriptions

  You can change the fields of subscriptions collectively.

• Change deviating subscription line prices collectively

  You can change the deviating prices in the lines of the subscriptions and assembled items collectively.
