Add selection for authorisation group

You can add a selection, in which you set a filter for an organisational unit. You must record one selection for each authorisation group you wish to fill.

Add a selection:

  1. Go to: General / Configuration / Selection.
  2. Click on: New
  3. Select User in Selection based on.

    Note: 

    For this application of selections you must always select User. You cannot change this selection afterwards.

  4. Click on: Next
  5. Select a view with the field by which you want to filter.

    The view only shows non-blocked users.

    Note: 

    If the required field is not present in any of the views, you can add a view and include the field in it. However, this is only possible when adding a selection, not when changing an existing selection.

  6. Click on: Next
  7. Enter the description. 
  8. Add a filter.
  9. Click on: Refresh. This allows you to test the filter.

  10. Click on: Finish
