Description
Working with basic environments is useful for accountancy firms, for example. You can distinguish various types of customers based on sector, company size, etc. and you can add a basic environment for each type of customer. The basic environment contains, for example, the chart of accounts, the journals and the VAT codes. If you have to add a new environment for a customer, you can base it on a basic environment. You only have to enter their own details, such as debtors, creditors and articles.
Procedure

You can create a basic environment (template) from one of your environments.
- Add an environment based on a basic environment
