Change the integration type
You can change certain parts of integration types after they have been added.
To change the integration type:
- Go to: General / Configuration / Integration settings / Integration type.
- Open the properties of integration type.
You cannot change the administration and the integration type anymore.
- In Journal, select the journal to which you want to post the journal entries associated with the integration type.
Depending on the integration type selected, you must select a journal of the Sales, Purchase or Day book type.
- In Credit invoices journal, select the journal (if applicable) to which you want to post the credit notes.
Here, you can use the same journal as in the Journal field, or you can select a different journal.
- In Financial description, select the way in which Profit should describe the invoice in the journal entry. Profit determines the description while journalising.
Change the other fields. Which fields are available, depends on the integration type.
- For example, for the Voorraad integration type, you could change the CA sales cost price, CA purchasing and CA stock transfer fields that are related to transfers between different (stock) administrations.
- For other integration types, you could change the following fields:
- Select the Use invoice discount check box to apply an invoice discount.
- Select the Use of credit restriction check box to apply a credit restriction. You can only complete this field if you have activated this functionality. If you select this check box, you must enter the account in Account credit restriction.
- Select the Use payment discount check box to apply a payment discount. You can only complete this field if you have activated this functionality. If you select this check box, you must also enter a value in Days payment discount. You can print this number of days on the invoice layout.
- Click on: OK.
