View errors in import file

There are various ways in which to view the errors in the import file.

It is possible that, after completing the import wizard, an error message is generated, followed by this window:

View details per rejected line:

  1. Click on: Open log.

    The log file is only available if you have entered a name and location in the File name field for File with rejected lines. In the log file, you can see which lines from the import file have been rejected and have not been imported.

  2. Click on: Open report. This opens a view showing the errors.

  3. You can now correct the errors.
