View course sessions in Profit Calendar
You can view course sessions in the Profit Calendar of teachers and participants, provided they are known as users in Profit.
A course can consist of multiple sessions, for example because the course is given on multiple day parts or days. For each session an appointment appears in Profit Calendar. The start and end times of the course session are also displayed in the Profit Calendar. If no times have been specified, the entire day is scheduled.
To view course sessions in Profit Calendar:
- Go to: General / Calendar / Calendar.
- Open the calendar.
Profit displays the relevant course appointments.
- Right-click on the appointment and then click on Event properties to view the course appointment.
Go to the tab:Session to see the sessions on which the appointments are based.
You can open the appointment but you cannot change an appointment that is based on a course session.
The location for the course session is shown in the Contents box.
