Integration of courses with Profit Calendar

Because of the integration between Course Management and the Profit Calendar, you see the course sessions in the calendars of teachers and participants (if they are Profit users).

Description

You can only see the course sessions in the calendars of teachers and participants (employees) if these teachers and employees are Profit users. That is because Profit Calendar only contains the calendars of users.

Preparation

• Configure the integration of Calendar and courses

  Before you can use the calendar integration, you first have to configure it.

Procedure

• Add a course event using Profit Calendar

  From the Profit Calendar, you can add a new course event.

• View course sessions in Profit Calendar

  You can view course sessions in the Profit Calendar of teachers and participants, provided they are known as users in Profit.
