Delete voucher code

You can delete voucher codes.

If you want to delete voucher codes after issuing them, the Consultancy mode must be used. In that case, the Undo issue action is available for the voucher codes.

To delete voucher codes:

  1. Go to: CRM / Course management / Configuration / Discount voucher.
  2. Open the discount voucher properties.
  3. Go to the tab: Voucher codes.
  4. Select the voucher codes.
  5. Click on: Delete.
  6. Click on Yes in the message.

    Now you see a message.

  7. Click on: OK.
