KIX code

Using the KIX code, TNT (TPG Post) can quickly see what the final destination of a piece of mail is. If you use the KIX code, you may be eligible for a discount on the postage. You can use this code in several locations in Profit, for example on reports, documents (labels, envelopes) and invoices.

You can add the KIX code field to several reports. The KIX code looks like a barcode.

For letters, documents, envelopes and labels you use the KIX coderegel field when you insert fields into a document layout.
If you are using Fiscal, you can add the barcode on the 'Vpb' declaration acceptance statement.

Numbers instead of bars for KIX code

The KIX code should look like a barcode. In some cases, instead of the barcode a series of numbers is displayed.
