Export a view to Microsoft Excel (local installation)

You export a view from Profit Windows to Microsoft Excel.

To export data to Microsoft Excel:

  1. Open the view:.
  2. Apply a filter if you want to use one. Profit exports only the lines that are shown after the filter has been applied.
  3. From the toolbar go to Export data to Excel....

    If you do not have this option, you are not authorised.

  4. Profit saves the file locally and opens it. If the file cannot be saved locally, you first have to save it yourself.
