Change a preferred scenario

For each administration, Profit requires a preferred scenario so that it knows which scenario it should use when creating reports, etc. And also to prevent the scenario with which you work, from being accidentally deleted.

The first scenario that you create will be the preferred scenario. You cannot delete this scenario unless you first make another scenario the preferred scenario.

If you are already working with budgets, a preferred scenario is already present. Otherwise Profit will automatically create a preferred scenario when you start budgeting.

To change a preferred scenario:

1. Go to: Financial / Management / Administration settings.
2. Go to the tab: Budget.
3. Enter the preferred scenario.
4. Click on: OK.
