Activate budget scenarios

Similarly, you must activate the Budget scenarios functionality before you can use it.

To configure budget scenarios:

1. Go to: General / Environment / Management / Properties.
2. Go to the tab: Activation.
3. Activate Budget scenarios.
4. Click on: Yes.
5. Click on: OK.
6. Click on: Yes.
7. Click on: OK.
8. Click on: Yes.

If you now start the Budget function, the new Budget scenarios view appears with all the budget scenarios that are present.

The window displays a budget that is present as the scenario. This is also the preferred scenario.
