Set up an administration for ‘Fiche 281.50’ (Belgium)

In each administration you enter the KBO number of your organisation in the financial administration settings. The KBO number is mandatory for the electronic message. Also check that the address data is (correctly) entered in the general administration settings.

To set up an administration for ‘Fiche 281.50’:

1. Go to: Financial / Management / Administration settings.
2. Go to the tab: VAT.
3. Enter the KBO number of the organisation that is linked to this administration.
4. Click on: OK.

Check the address data and the legislative country in the administration:

1. Go to: General / Administration / Management / Properties.
2. Go to the tab: General.
3. Check if the General data and Address details fields have been completed correctly. For the Fiche 281.50 functionality, Belgium must have been specified as the Legislative country.
4. Click on: OK.
