Configure InSite and OutSite for approval of the VAT declaration using OutSite

The site administrator adds a new page for the approval messages to InSite and OutSite. You can use approval messages to make the VAT, ICP and supplementary declarations available for your customer, so he/she can approve the declarations electronically.

If you want to use this page in InSite and OutSite, you must activate the Approval messagespage type.

To configure the approval message page in InSite and OutSite for approval of declarations using OutSite:

1. Log on and start Site management.
   1. Open the site.
   2. Log on with the username and password.
   3. Click on: OK.
   4. Click on the user name at the top right.

      

   5. Click on: Site management.

2. Click on: Log on.
3. Click on: Menu in the Site frame.
4. Click on: New. You do this on the location in the menu under which you want to add the Approval Messages menu item.

   If you want to add the menu item to the menu bar, click on New in the menu bar.

5. Enter the description.

   In this example Accorderingsberichten.

6. Select the action: Refer to existing page.
7. Click on: Next.
8. Select the Approval messages overview as Page.
9. Click on: Add.
10. You must now update the overviews.
11. Perform these steps for both InSite and OutSite.
