  • Hours

  • FTE

You can set the number of decimal places for the FTE number of the employee.

  • Part-time percentage

    Example:

The part-time percentage in the organisation is specified with up to two digits after the decimal point. Therefore you enter the value 2 in the Part-time % number field.

  • Hourly wages and period wages

You can specify the number of decimal places for the hourly wages and the period wages. Depending on the Salary type of the employee, the number of decimal places for the hourly wage or the period wage is saved in the salary line.

  • Working day FTE

If you are working with an education CLA, specify the number of decimal places for the FTE number per day in the employee's timetable. The value you specify is the value of the Number added to FTE field + 1. You can specify a maximum of 7 decimals. Profit uses this number because additional rounding is necessary for a correct calculation of the total FTE number per working week.

    Example:

You have specified the value 4 in the Number added to FTE field. In the 'Number of dec. in working day FTE' field, you enter the IBAN number.

Profit calculates using the specified number of decimal places. The number of decimal places affects the calculation of salary, presence percentages or absence percentages, for example.
