Enter an InSite leave request against actual costing

You send a leave request through HR where Profit enters the hours in the leave entitlement that is built up through actual costing.

This is mainly used for employees with irregular working hours or for employees with a variable work pattern who enter their working hours as actual costing. Based on these worked hours, the employee accrues leave entitlement.

Leave types that allow for this include (composite) leave, WTR and time off in lieu.

Only if one of the methods of building and taking leave has been set in the leave type, you can take leave through HR:

Leave (accruing) based on actual costing, leave (taking) via HR
Leave (accruing) based on actual costing (excl. 'Absence' hour type), leave (taking) via HR

The other methods for accruing leave via actual costing cannot be used when entering leave in HR. You enter leave with those methods through the actual costing based on the related hour type.
