Create a competence overview menu item in InSite
In InSite you can create different menu items with overviews of competences that allow you to monitor the progress.
Overviews of competences in InSite include:
- Employee Competence
- Employee competence (current)
- My competence
- My competence (current)
You must first configure competence management and the assessments for this in Profit. (You can add menu items for showing and changing for general surveys.)
To create a competence overview menu item:
- Log on and start Site management.
- Click on: New.
You do this at the location where you want to add a menu item, for example, in the My employees menu for Employee Competence. Or in Employee for My competence.
- Enter the description.
In the first example: Competenties.
- Select the Create new overview action.
- Click on: Next.
- Select Employee Competence for Page type.
- For Based on, select one of the overview pages related to employee competences. For example, My competence (current).
- Click on Next twice.
- Select a selection group in Selection if you want to authorise this menu item.
- Click on: Add.
