View dossier items based on declarations

If an expense declaration has an attachment, you can open the attachment via the properties of the employee who has entered the declaration. If you have Profit Projecten, you also see these dossier items in the properties of the project. The attachment is not displayed in the properties of the organisation/person, because these dossier items are considered confidential.

To view dossier items based on declarations:

  1. Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
  2. Open the properties of the employee.
  3. Go to the tab: Dossier.

  4. Open the properties of the dossier item..

    You can display the dossier item, but you cannot change or delete it. This can only be done from the original declaration line.

  6. Undo the approval for Payroll
