Add and view family members of an employee

You register the family members of employees.

You can import family members using .

Furthermore, the HR / Management / Import employee change / Family function is also available.

Add a family member

You can record the family members of an employee. You can also specify who to call in an emergency.

To add a family member:

  1. Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
  2. Open the properties of the employee.
  3. Go to the tab: Family.
  4. Click on: New.
  5. Enter the personal details.
  6. Select the family relationship.

    If the required type is not present, you can add it directly to the custom table.

  7. Specify the other settings.

    If you complete Deviating address, you can specify a different address and telephone number in the next step of the wizard.

  8. Click on: Finish.
View family members

Reports:

  • Family relations employees (Profit)

    This report contains only employees for which family members were recorded. Employees without any family members are not listed.

  • Employees and family relations (Profit)

    This report contains all employees, so also employees without family relationships.

Alerts:

  • Employer/Birthday: Child of employee (Profit)
  • Employer/Birthday: employee partner (Profit)
