Add a course to an employee
You can already record a course when the employee starts the course or if it is still in progress. After the training or course has been completed, you can record whether the employee has been successful or not.
If you want to register an employee for a course within the Profit CRMcourse administration, you add the employee as a participant to the course.
Note:
You can also import courses and course reimbursements using and respectively.
Furthermore, the HR / Management / Import employee change / Course and HR / Management / Import employee change / Course reimbursement functions are also available.
To add a course:
- Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
- Open the properties of the employee.
- Go to the tab: Course.
- Click on: New.
- Enter the education details.
- Click on: Finish.
