Register participants
You can only register participants that are known as a contact person for an organisation. If you are using Profit HR, you can also register employees.
For each event, you can register several participants.
To register participants for an event:
- Go to: CRM / Course management / Participant per event.
- Click on: New.
- Select a value for Course event.
- Go to Organisation/person and select the participant who is registering. If you want to register a member of staff, then select the employer.
- Change the registration date if necessary.
- Select the Invoice check box if participation in the course must be paid for. In this case, you must also select a debtor. Don’t check this field for internal participants.
- Select in Debtor an (alternative) debtor who you would like to invoice.
- You can also enter an alternative sales price and give the organisation a discount. This price and discount apply to all contact persons. If you want to enter the price and discount for one specific participant, you do so in the participant’s properties.
- InVoucher code, enter the code for the discount that the contact received and is now cashing in. This field is only visible if you have configured the discount vouchers.
In Price after discount you will immediately see the amount that will be invoiced (excluding VAT).
- Click on: Next.
- Select participants. You only see the contact persons or employees that are not yet registered for this event.
If you register more participants than the maximum number, you will get a message. You can then opt to add too many participants to the event.
- Click on: Finish.
You are asked if you are sure you want to add the participants.
- Click on Yes in the message
- Repeat these steps for every participant/organisation.
