Hand out a certificate to participants
You can add certificates as dossier items to the participants of a course. You create a certificate per participant.
Note:
The dossier item type for the certificate must already exist.
If you make the handing out of a certificate dependent on presence if, for each course, you register who participates and who was present
To create a certificate for participants based on dossier items:
- Go to: CRM / Course management / Event.
- Open the properties of the event..
- Go to the tab: Presence.
- Select the participant.
- Click on the action: Client record items.
- Select a value for Dossier item type.
- Click on: Next.
- Enter a value in Subject.
- If you want to record the document incl. the customer data in the dossier item, select the Specify separately per destination check box.
- Select a Feature if it is mandatory to do so.
- Click on: Next.
- Complete the fields.
- Click on: Next.
- You can select an attachment.
- Click on: Finish.
