Who is who

Profitcontains a special view that displays the employees with a photo (the so-called facebook). This means that you no longer need to maintain a separate 'online face library' since this is now available by default in Profit and in InSite.Profit displays the photos by default in the Who is who view. This is explained below. This view only allows you to view data, you cannot change any data.

You also have the option to add the photo as an image in a view in the HR / Employee / Employee function.

To view Who is who:

  1. Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.

    You can also start this function by selecting HR / Employee / Overview / Who is who.

  2. Open the view: Who is who.

    This view contains the photos of the employees.

    If the photos are not visible because of the line height, you will see the word Image alongside employees who have a photo available.

  3. You can adjust the line height with the toolbar at the top of the view:

  4. If you want a large view of the photo, then first click on the line.

    Regardless of the line height, Profit displays a camera symbol next to the image.

  5. Click on the photo once.
  6. Click on: the icon in the bottom right of the image.
