View employees in views
Profit provides different views for looking at employee data. You may need to be authorised for these views, and as a result you may not have access to certain views. If you do have access to a certain view, Profit will only show the lines you are authorised for, based on the filter authorisation.
The default views are based on current data.
Example:
On 1 July, an employee has a new contract with an end date of 31 December of the same year.
- If the current date is 22 June, Profit displays the end date of the current contract in the view. In this case, 30 June.
- If the current date is 1 July, Profit displays 31 December as the end date in the view.
If an employee does not appear in the view, this could be for the following reasons:
- The current data has not been updated.
- The employee has an employment start date in the future.
- The employee is blocked and you do not display blocked lines in the view.
To display an employee view:
- Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
- Open the view:
- Employees (all).
This view contains employees that are employed, employees whose employment has ended and employees who have never been employed.
- Employee (employed)
This view contains all employees who have a valid employment vandaag. These employees have a valid contract with an end date in the future, or a contract with no end date (indefinite term). This view contains fields that relate specifically to employment, such as Employer and Employment start date.
- Employees (short)
This view contains only the employee code, name and the Blocked field.
- Employee (end employment)
This view contains only employees whose last employment is currently no longer valid. The last employment end date is therefore in the past.
- Employees (all).
