Recruitment and selection
In Recruitment and selection, you register vacancies and applicants and the progress of your interviews. Once you employ an applicant, you can register the applicant as employed without the need to re-register the applicant's details.
Description
The developments related to an application can be tracked through different actions. For example, you can change the status of a vacancy if it has been filled, and reject applicants if they have not been selected. You can undertake actions concerning an application, both from the viewpoint of the vacancy and that of the applicant. Both vacancies and applicants are registered at the employer level.
Note:
Your licence determines the maximum number of employees you can register in Profit. This number does not include applicants.
