Add actions following an application

There are several actions to take with regard to an application, such as an invitation for an interview, or sending a letter. The action is taken from an application, not from applicants or vacancies.

You can generate a document directly together with an action, such as an invitation or a confirmation.

If necessary, first add the desired documents.

To add an action following an application:

  1. Go to: HR / Recruitment and selection / Vacancy.
  2. Open the properties of the vacancy.
  3. Go to the tab: Application.

    You see all the applicants who have applied for the job.

  4. Select the applicant.
  5. Click on the action: Action on application.
  6. Enter the date, time, and action type.

    If the desired action type does not yet exist, you can add a new action type directly to this table.

  7. Select the Generate document check box if you want to generate a document.
  8. Click on: Finish.

To view actions following an application:

  1. Open the properties of the vacancy.
  2. Go to the tab: Application.
  3. Open the properties of the application.
  4. Go to the tab: Actions on application.

To complete an action:

You can monitor the status of an action with the Ready information field:

  1. Open the properties of the application.
  2. Go to the tab: Actions on application.
  3. Open the properties of the action.
  4. Select the Ready check box.
