Agency per employment
If an employee is both trainee and casual staff, you want to record the configuration of the Tax Authority agency separately for these types of employees. You add two employments for the employee and for one of them you enter a different Tax Authority agency. In this way, you reward the employee both as a trainee and as casual staff.
This functionality is only available if you have activated the Multiple employments functionality and only applies to the tax authority agency.
You add the tax authority at the employee using the standard method. The data you enter here apply to the employment with the longest duration. The deviation can be defined on the employment with the shortest duration.
To add an agency per employment:
- Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
- Open the properties of the employee.
- Go to the tab: Contract.
- Open the properties of the employment with the shortest duration.
- Go to the tab: Deviating agency per employment.
- Select the Deviate from tax authority agency check box.
You see the tax authority agency data you have entered on the Agency tab for the employee.
- Enter the deviating data.
- Click on: OK.
