One-time increase of the 'spaarloon' amount

One period every year an employee is allowed to deposit a higher amount in 'spaarloon'.

In the Profit CLA and Basic CAO, the following wage component is available for this purpose:

100.003.101 Spaarloon (bijzonder tarief)

Example:

An employee wants to pay a higher 'spaarloon' amount in June 2011:

• Annual amount: As the annual amount, enter the amount that you want to deduct in the period concerned with 01-06-2011 as Start date and 30-06-2011 as End date.
• Start period: enter 01-06-2011 in Start date. Enter 30-06-2011 in End date. Enter 6 in Value. In this case the value of 6 represents the month of June.
• End period: enter 01-06-2011 in Start date. Enter 30-06-2011 in End date. Enter 6 in Value. In this case the value of 6 represents the month of June.

After June 2011, the default setting is used again.

Note:

You cannot exceed the total amount of € 613.

Check if the calculation is carried out correctly in the period following the one with the increased amount.

To increase the 'spaarloon' amount for one period only:

1. Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
2. Open the properties of the employee.
3. Go to the tab: Wage component.
4. Click on: New.
5. Select the 100.003.101 Spaarloon (bijzonder tarief) wage component.
6. Click on: Finish.
7. Change the following parameters:
   1. 'Jaarbedrag'

      Enter the amount that the employee wants to pay in the period. The start date is the first date of the period while the end date is the last date of the period.

   2. 'Beginperiode'

      You add a new line on which you enter the dates from the year to which the ‘Spaarloonregeling' refers in the Start date and End date. In the Value field, enter the period in which the employee wants to transfer the amount.

   3. 'Eindperiode'

      You add a new line on which you enter the dates from the year to which the ‘Spaarloonregeling' refers in the Start date and End date. In the Value field, enter the period in which the employee wants to transfer the amount.

   Note:

   Because you have adjusted the annual amount, you set the 'Volstorten' parameter to No.
