Delete an authorisation role

You delete an authorisation role you no longer use if it is no longer assigned to anyone.

You cannot delete authorisation roles supplied as defaults.

To delete an authorisation role:

  1. Go to:General / In & OutSite / Configuration / Authorisation role.
  2. Select the authorisation role.
  3. Click on: Delete.

    If the authorisation role is still assigned to a person, you will receive a message about this. First delete the authorisation role from the person and then the authorisation role.

  4. Click on: OK.
